You will see under tours - packages, we have already listed Albany/Denmark/Walpole as a new package tour to see some of our most beautiful southwest countryside & attractions. This is a longer tour & includes 4 nights accommodation in the package price.

We would also like to include a new tour to Kalbarri & Monkey Mia, two fantastic locations located far north of Perth. This again is a longer tour & would be 5 nights accommodation. You will see the magnificent gorges & coastline of Kalbarri, as well as the feeding of the pelicans & great seafood restaurants. Then on to Monkey Mia to see the famous wild dolphins that come into the beach to see everyone in the shallow water. There are also camel rides & other great things to see in this very popular destination. If you are interested in this tour, please contact us for a quote.

Keep the enquiries coming & we will continually try to plan new tours or personalised tours for our customers.

Bye for now,

Danny & Lyn

Winter & Spring tours

Hi everyone, it may be winter but there still some great tour opportunities to be had! We find at this time of the year, a nice wine tour through the Swan Valley is a great thing to do. At the chocolate factory you can have a piping hot hot chocolate & a cake or light meal. At the wineries it is only a short distance from the car to the tasting rooms & a nice drop of red will warm you up nicely.

It is also the time to start planning your Spring tours, especially if you are thinking about going up to Cervantes to see the wildflowers in the national park & the Pinnacles. Accommodation in the town fills up quickly so the earlier the better to avoid disappointment.

Again, a lovely Spring tour through our southwest to Margaret River & surrounding areas is best planned early to secure your accommodation as there are peak times with school holidays & other events to consider.

If you need any help with planning your tours, just let us know what we can do to help.

Bye for now,

Danny & Lyn

New car seat laws from October 1st 2010

Hello everyone, This is important news for anyone planning to travel with younger children. Under the new laws, babies up to 6 months old will be required to travel in a rear-facing infant capsule. Children aged 6 months to 4 years will be required to travel in a restraint with a built-in harness, & children up to 7 years old must be in a booster seat.

Also, children aged 4 to 7 will not be allowed to travel in the front seat. So you will need to make your kids aware of these new laws as some kids will obviously not be happy having to use these new restraints, you know what kids are like. But as it will be law we will be enforcing these new standards even if the kids are not happy about them.

Depending on the number of children travelling, this may also restrict the space in the rear seat a little.

Bye for now,

Danny & Lyn

Perth's Big storm

Hello everyone, we have been getting a number of enquiries from concerned travellers about the recent big storm in Perth. We just want to reassure everyone that our weather has returned to normal now & that the storm was just a freak event. Many people that have lived here for over 40 years cannot remember a more severe storm. The large hail caused extensive damage to many homes & buildings & many cars.

As far as any disruption to our normal tours, there is none. All of the locations we visit are still accessible & it is business as usual for us & almost all businesses in the places we visit. The news pictures always focus on the worst scenes & damage, which is not a real indication of the city & surrounding locations in general.

If you have any enquiries regarding specific locations you would like to visit & want to confirm it is business as usual, just drop us a line through our 'contact us' box & we will check the location or business out for you.

Bye for now,

Danny & Lyn

Margaret River package tours

Hello again, we have been doing a number of Margaret River day tours recently & everyone we take always says the same thing, "it's so beautiful & I wish we had more time to see everything"....

Hello again,

we have been doing a number of Margaret River day tours recently & everyone we take always says the same thing, "it's so beautiful & I wish we had more time to see everything". We can only recommend to everyone when planning your time in Perth that you try to allow at least one night stay so you can see more, & if possible, 2 nights is even better as you get to see Pemberton & have a tram ride through the tall timer forest. We will be stopping the day tours soon for the winter months as it is too dark for the early morning & evening travelling.

Don't forget that our Margaret River region has been named one of the top 10 places to visit in 2010! We would love to show you around the region using all our years of experience travelling around the region & some special little spots that not everyone knows about.

bye for now,

Danny & Lyn

New driver

Hi again to everyone, great news for all is that my lovely wife Lyn will now be taking tours as well as myself. Firstly I would like to thank everyone who booked a tour with me in 2009 & made my first year in my new business so very enjoyable. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas & a happy & safe New Year. The secret to my job is nice customers, people who are out to enjoy themselves & have a good time. I can honestly say I have had the good fortune to only have nice customers in 2009.

To anyone else reading my site & thinking of booking a tour or to those who have booked for after Christmas, I also wish you & your families a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.

I encourage everyone to try & give generously to those less fortunate than ourselves at this special time of the year. There are so many ways to donate; wishing trees, charities, hospitals etc. So please spare a thought for these members of our communities who need our support & donate what you can to make Christmas a special time of the year for them also.

bye for now,

Danny

October update

Hello again, firstly a big thankyou to everyone who took advantage of the 10% off promotion during October. Tour prices have now returned to normal from today, 31/10/09. Next I am pleased to report that the problems with accepting PayPal payments easily through my site have been resolved & recent customer transactions have been easy to complete. My ongoing saga to set-up an account with SecurePay is still ongoing even after a number of meetings with my bank & discussions with SecurePay. This all stems from conflicting information on what type of account I needed to set-up to accept these payments. It will be resolved soon I hope.

As another way of making payments easier for those who do not like using PayPal & who do not want to pay me on the day in cash, you can now make a direct payment into my bank account. If you are interested in this option, just advise me on your enquiry at the time of booking. Well, November is here & it will be Christmas before we know it. There is still plenty of time for some great tours before then, or as a great & different present to give to family & friends! Until next time.

best regards,

Danny
